              Grilled Pheasant


1/2 grated onion          1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp sugar                  1/4 tsp pepper

1 tbls oil                      1 tabls sesame seed

1/2 cup soy sauce       1/4 cup water


Cut pheasant into strips.  Marinate over night.  Grill over medium heat until middle is not red.  DO NOT OVER COOK!





               Pheasant Pate'


2/3 cup miracle whip      3 oz cream cheese

2 tbls liquid smoke        pepper

Garlic salt to taste


Boil pheasant and debone.  Cool and grind meat with 1 medium onion.  Mix with above and serve on a cracker.

            Baked Pheasant


De-bone into strips. Dip in egg and milk.  Roll in coating mix (crackers, potato flakes, corn meal)  Brown in oil and place in baking dish.  Bake 1 hour in cover dish with a little water in the bottom.

                  Pheasant with Rice



1 can chicken with rice soup

1 cup rice (not minute)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can water


Mix the above in a cake pan.  Dip de-boned pheasant in melted butter and place on top of mixture.  Cover and bake at 325 for 1 hour.  Uncover and bake 1/2 hr longer.
